My WOW pick this week is
White Space by Ilsa J. Bick
Available February 2014
Ilsa Bick’s WHITE SPACE,
pitched as The Matrix meets Inkheart, about a seventeen-year-old girl
who jumps between the lines of books and into the white space where
realities are created and destroyed – but who may herself be nothing
more than a character written into being from an alternative universe,
to Greg Ferguson at Egmont, in a two-book deal, by Jennifer Laughran at
Andrea Brown Literary Agency (NA).
Why am I waiting on White Space? I just wrapped up Bick's Ashes trilogy a few weeks ago and would love to read more of her work. I'm also a big Inkheart fan! They synopis is kind of vague, but I have high hopes for this one.
What are you waiting on? Leave a link and I'll stop by!
Meme details: Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Jill from Breaking the Spine. Thanks for hosting! Don't forget to stop by and share your pick.
I haven't read her Ashes trilogy yet, but I've heard her speak at a conference and loved hearing her approach to writing and life in general. WHITE SPACE sounds really cool and unique, so I'll definitely be checking it out. :-)
