CSN Stores Product Review & pictures of the cutest kids ever!

I was selected to review a product for CSN Stores. After much debate I used the code they provided towards the Cuisinart Pure Indulgence 2 Qt. Frozen Yogurt-Sorbet & Ice Cream Maker - ICE-30BC.

We’ve always wanted one, and thought the kids would get a kick out of making their own ice cream.

So far we’ve used it to make not only vanilla bean ice cream, but also raspberry lemonade slushies.

My kids are crazy about the convenience store frozen treats. I’m not a fan of the yucky stuff in them (like the evil high fructose corn syrup). I picked up a bottle of all natural raspberry lemonade from the grocery store so we could try to make our own at home. You just pour it in, and let it freeze. Delish!

The bowl must be frozen prior to use, and that takes about 24 hours. We have ours in a large ziploc bag, and keep it in our freezer. That way it is always ready when we are. It is softer than most ice cream, but that is an easy fix. Just put it in a freezer safe container, and pop it the freezer for an hour or two. We did this with our leftover vanilla bean, and two days later it was still yummy.

We’re thrilled with our new ice cream maker, as well as with the CSN Stores experience. They shipped quickly, shipping was free, and they have a huge selection of products. The ice cream maker wasn’t in stock initially so I signed up for an email alert. It was less than 48 hours later when I received notification it was available. We’ll definitely shop there again.

Please forgive my picture quality. My fancy schmancy camera is MIA. Snapped these with my iPhone :)
